T2U (“we”, “us”) operates t-2u.com.au, a pre-launch waitlist and information site for the T2U trades platform. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we handle it, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, register interest as a tradie, or register for an event through a form on this site, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and, where relevant, the trade or service you provide or are looking for, your company size, and business details such as an ABN. We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, device and browser information, approximate location) through cookies.
How we use it
We use your information to manage the T2U waitlist, verify tradie credentials before launch, send you updates about T2U and events you have registered for, and improve this website and our advertising. If you no longer want to hear from us, every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, or you can contact us directly.
Tools we use
Form submissions and email are managed in HubSpot (our customer relationship management platform). We use HubSpot analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. These tools set cookies in your browser. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Storage and disclosure
Your information is stored securely with our service providers (including HubSpot), some of whom store data outside Australia. We do not sell your personal information, and we only share it with service providers who help us run T2U.
Access, correction and contact
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from communications. Contact us at info@t-2u.com.au and we will respond promptly. If you have a privacy concern we cannot resolve, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
